The Corporate Identification Number of our company is L52110WB1985PLC196555. Further our Company became a Public Limited with a public issue of 1, 50,000 shares of Rs. 10/- Rs each and got listed at Delhi Stock Exchange.
At the time of incorporation registered office of our company was “Hari Nagar Clock Tower, DELHI INDIA, further the registered office of the company changed to 23, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, WEST BENGAL, KOLKATA
